Keely works with Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants that take MCP connectors. Connect it once, then ask “How did I recover this week?” or “What was my HRV on the 19th?”.
Connect Keely
Add Keely to your assistant as a custom connector, with this address:

- Claude: in Customize › Connectors, add a custom connector named Keely with the address above. If it asks, sign in now, and register automatically.
- ChatGPT: turn on developer mode (Settings › Security and login), then create an app in ChatGPT Plugins with the address above.

Your assistant then sends you here to sign in and choose. It can read your daily summaries (Recovery, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, stress, Load and workouts), never change them, and never see your raw heart data, which stays on your iPhone. If you turn on journal sharing in the Keely app, it can also read your journal and add to it when you ask. How your data is handled.
